Xavier Moss was raised in Okinawa, England, and Oviedo, Florida, where he currently resides. He received his Bachelors of Science, with an emphasis in biological illustration, from the University of Florida in 2015. Since then, Xavier has worked as a freelance illustrator, muralist and elementary teacher, refining his illustrative style and creating a body of work that unites his passions for flora, fauna, and faith.
Xavier work with a wide range of media including watercolor, acrlic, oil, pen, and ink. His work primarly, biblelogical illistration, focuses on the exploration of natural history within the-contect of Scripture. A love of pop culture phenomena that began in childhood with Star Wars, is a secondary focus .In 2019, he added mural work to his repertoire and can be seen about the Orlando area, frequently covered in paint, installing these large works. He is heavly influenced by a vested interest in graphic novel storytelling, printmaking dynamic sketching, creature design, Art Nouveau, and Impressionism.
