Tiffany Hakimipour

Tiffany Hakimipour founded Artistic Expression in 1992 as a freelance business to follow her passion working on homes and for businesses on a contract basis. She specializes in Murals, Trompe L’oeil, Oil Paintings, Decorative Faux Finishes, Decorative Stenciling as well as Scenic Painting.

In Tiffany’s 30+ year experience, she has found success while overcoming a learning disability and also raising a son as a teenage mom.  Although Tiffany was diagnosed with a learning disability early in life, through her mother’s encouragement she followed her gift of art. Tiffany ultimately was accepted into art school and strived to make it a career.

Tiffany has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Art Institute of Chicago and has furthered her education at the American Academy of Fine Art, The Mainstreet Art Centre, and Crealde School of Art. She also studied Interior Décor Fabrication, started a teaching program called Budding Artists and taught a weekly program for 7 years in addition to Art Camp at Timber Creek High School. She has experience working in Art Galleries while also creating her own art.

Tiffany is a member of The International Decorative Artisans League and The Florida’s Golden Palette. She worked on the highly popular television program, Extreme Home Makeover, and helped Ty Pennington with his “Secret Room” along with many others. It was on that set that Tiffany was approached to join Disney in their Scenic Department which was a true honor and fun new adventure.

In addition to Disney, Tiffany was a contracted Scenic Artist with Universal and has been in charge of completed projects like Spiderman, Barney, Cat in the Hat, Kong, E.T, Volcano Bay and Diagon Alley. She is also a featured artist in the Stetson mansion located in Deland, and the Howey Mansion, located in Howey-And-The-Hills, Florida.

Tiffany has dedicated her life to a career in art and 12 years ago began another exciting adventure becoming a Published Artist. She now has artwork sold in stores like Bed Bath and Beyond, Kirklands, Kohls, Pier One, Ashley Furniture, Homegoods, Hilton Hotels and more. Her artwork has been seen on T.V. shows The Voice, in Blake Shelton’s dressing room, and owned by movie producers (seen in offices on NBC). She has an extensive, elaborate collection of artworks that range from original to Giclee and include poster prints to choose from. Prints can be requested for most of her art in a variety of sizes.

Tiffany has painted murals all over Florida and many other states and can be seen in various restaurants, doctors’ offices and likely many homes near you. She is always excited to create commissioned work for her clients and loves the challenge of restoring damaged art back to its original beauty. As for art gallery experience, she worked for the Long Grove Art Gallery in Illinois and the Grand Bohemian Art Gallery that included being tasked with restoring damaged art, giving painting demonstrations, and art tours to experience the art located on all 15 floors.

One of Tiffany’s more recent projects includes a Give Kids the World Star Experience; creating characters for Guardian’s of Peace video game including all clothing, backpacks, and shoes used in marketing and now illustrating their children’s book. This experience brought her to also created hand painted shoes for Oprah Winfrey, Gayle, Ellen DeGeneres, Portia, Hoda, Maria Shriver, Julianne Hough and more.
