It all began in 1981 at Plumb Elementary in Clearwater, FL. At some point in time (August 2013), we reconnected in Orlando, FL where we have enjoyed visiting local craft breweries, pubs, tap houses and restaurants – among other things! During a visit to a local hangout, we had a brilliant idea – hurry, get a napkin- cut bottles into containers for our fantastic, clean burning candles!  Why use the typical container when we can recycle bottles!?!?! Here’s to Mother Earth!  There were a lot of trails and even more errors; however, we finallyfigured how to cut, grind and polish bottles to make unique candle vessels.  So after many, many moons oand owl sightings later, The Plum Owl Co was born!  With the help of local businesses (and ourselves), weare receycling bottles and saving our landfills and waterways! So, The Plum Own Co is here to “Save Mother Earth One Bottle at a TIme!” But …..honestly we can’t keep up with the cutting and grinding, so we also offer our all natural scents in a variety of ways and vessles.

 

We love creating with new art forms so you will find our name on jewelry, resin pieces, fused glass, mixed media andmore.  Custom and wholesale orders are aloways welcomed.
